Rent fees
Prices are valid from 01.07.2025.
- Twin room (single use): 431 €/month
- Deposit: 862 €
- Shared twin room (one place): 276 €/month
- Deposit: 552 €
NB! The rent fee includes utility costs and the use of the laundromat.
Deposit policy
- Final month’s rent: The deposit covers the last month of your residential agreement. An invoice will be issued, but no additional payment is required.
- Short-term agreements (1 month): Rent fees are fully covered by the deposit.
- Deposit refund: Remaining deposit will be refunded within 20 business days after the end of the agreement. Deductions may be applied for default interest, cleaning fees, unpaid rent or utility costs, damages, or lost property.
Services Included in the monthly rent
Your monthly rent at Raatuse 22 Student Hostel covers not only the room but also a wide range of essential services to make your stay comfortable and convenient:
- Bedding: Blanket and pillow provided.
- Bedlinen: Sheet, pillowcase, and blanket cover — changed weekly.
- Weekly cleaning service (room + apartment):
Our cleaning staff cleans all shared surfaces in the apartment, such as floors, tables, and kitchen counters, as well as free surfaces in the bedrooms.
Please note: Dishes are not washed, and tenants are responsible for taking out their own trash. - Kitchenware: Basic items provided — cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans.
- Internet: Free WiFi throughout the residence.
- Parking: Free parking available for tenants.
- Laundry facilities:
Use of washing machines and dryers in the laundromat is included in the monthly rent — no additional fees apply.
NB! Students must bring their own laundry detergent and washing supplies.
