Key collection
Keys are issued from the start date of your residential agreement at the Raatuse 22 reception, which is open 24/7.
This allows you to collect your keys at any time from the beginning of your agreement. You can collect your key a few days after your residential agreement has begun as well.
Move-in inspection
We recommend taking photos of the room and furniture upon moving in, especially if there are any existing damages (e.g., mattress covers, furniture, walls).
This helps to avoid potential disputes when your agreement ends.
Spare keys and lost keys
- If you forget your key in your room, a spare key can be borrowed from the reception at Raatuse 22 (fee applies).
- If you lose your key, inform reception immediately for security reasons to prevent unauthorized access.
- In the case of a lost key, locks will be changed, and the cost will be charged according to the price list.
