About Raatuse 22
Raatuse 22 Residence Hall consists of shared apartments.
- Each apartment has 3 twin rooms (up to 6 students per apartment).
- Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared between the apartment residents.
- Students can rent a twin room individually or share it with a roommate.
Each resident is provided with:
- a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and small shelf space,
- bedding (pillow and blanket),
- bed linen.
The shared kitchen in each apartment is equipped with:
- stove, refrigerator, kettle, and microwave,
- basic kitchenware (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans).
Building facilities
- Laundromat on the ground floor.
- Reception open 24/7, always ready to assist residents.
- Parking lot behind the building.
- Locked bicycle storage space.
- Lobby with seating area, table tennis tables, and printer/scanner/copier for student use. A second-hand corner is also available, where residents can leave usable items they no longer need and others can take them free of charge.
- Social/study room on the ground floor, available for all tenants. The room is equipped with a projector, making it suitable for study sessions, group work, and movie nights.
Location
- Only a 5-minute walk from the city center.
- Grocery store and pharmacy are located in the neighbouring buildings, just a 2-minute walk away.
